The numbers are in! Riverside East Rotary raised $1465 for Salvation Army during our Bell Ringing on December 21st and 22nd. Thanks to everybody that came out and supported!

Riverside East Rotary’s annual Christmas party at the Community Settlement Association was a huge success. Santa Nick Lopez gave presents to the kids and they enjoyed a pizza and cookies lunch. Thanks to Rotarians Tauna and Tim Mallis, PDG Bob and Betty Traister, Gary Christmas, Ken Gutierrez, Nick and Elisha Lopez, Richard Lemire and our newest member, Chris Gray.

Thank you to Riverside East Rotarians for helping out at the Mission Inn Run on Sunday! Hundreds of cups of water and Gatorade passed out and picked up.

Riverside East Rotary had a great time helping out at Overflow Farms in Riverside.  Overflow Farms is a non-profit organization dedicated to growing wholesome foods for our community, giving to local food banks, pantries, and churches who help those in need.  We’re lucky to have this much needed resource in our community!

Thanks to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for a fascinating tour of their facility here in Riverside. Their state of the art equipment allows them to they test engines from leaf blowers to semi-trucks. They have done amazing work in improving the air quality in California over previous decades.
